The raw spices which come from different parts are procured with utmost care. Fully mature spices are hand-picked and thoroughly cleaned even for minute particles of sand & dirt. It is then uniformly roasted, blended and powdered to desired level to ensure that the best is delivered to the customers.

The spice processing plant is equipped with the state-of-art size reduction machines, sifers, roasters and blenders. Automatic Form Fill Sealing Machines enables packing of the products in consumer size packs untouched by hands.

Sanitation & Hygiene

Packing

The consumer packs which come as 50 gms, 100gms and so are packed in multicoloured/multilayered laminated/coextruded film are ideally suited for display and sale in department stores. Bulk packing of 20/50 Kgs in new gunny bags are lined with pp/Laminated craft paper bag or with pp liner/laminated HDPE woven bag. Supply in 20" FCL and LCL can also be attended to for overseas markets. Samples, specifications, CIF and C&F offers, packing details, loadability in 20" containers will be provided on demand.
